  4. Any teacher desiring a student to participate in a District Audition outside of the teacher’s district must gain approval of the Chair in the district in which he/she resides as well as the approval of the Chair in the district in which the student will participate. Name of repertoire and composer must be stated on the application and must be approved prior to the audition. Repertoire cannot be changed after the application has been submitted. If the student does not perform the program listed on the application, he/she will not receive a rating.
