The 2nd annual SCMTA Composition Competition deadline closed April 1st, 2023. There were 48 student compositions submitted from across 5 teachers’ studios. The judge for this year was esteemed composer and adjudicator Melody Bober. Students who were selected as Winners

Composition Competition
Registration for the SCMTA Composition Competition is now open. Deadline is April 1, 2023. There will be four age groups:10 & Under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-26. Students may submit one composition in each of three categories: solo, 2-4 instruments, 5-9 instruments.
