The SCMTA State Pre-College Auditions were held April 22 at the USC School of Music in Columbia, with 126 students from 37 teachers’ studios playing.
Students who received a rating of Outstanding in the District Auditions were eligible to perform in the State Auditions. Statewide, 202 students representing 50 teachers participated.
The State Honors Recital will take place May 13, at 4:00 pm at the USC School of Music.
